I understand that, by signing this contract, the __________________________Quilt Shop owns this copy of the Confetti Quilts Pieced Puzzle Block of the Month pattern. This pattern will be used for my quilt shop only.

 

I have permission is duplicate only the monthly instructions showing how to assemble the individual blocks with appliqué. These instructions will be duplicated as many times as necessary for my Block of the Month participants only.

 

All rights are reserved. No part of this pattern may be given, lent, sold, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopy, recording or any other information storage and retrieval system, without the written permission of Confetti Quilts.
